CSBGC is looking to participate in at least eight AAU track meets between April through June.  Targeted meets are located in the MD, VA, and NJ areas, so please prepare to travel outside PG County.

about

The CSBGC Tigers’ Track and Field Program focuses on beginner and advanced development for our participants.  Our program is ideal for youth-athletes looking to receive individualized and group training plans.

CSBGC feels that track and field is a cornerstone for building the speed, agility, strength, and endurance (cardio and muscle) that supports all sports activities.  Participation in track and field activities in general is one of the most effective ways to stay fit and train for other sports.  We especially prepare our youth-athletes for football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and cheer.

program goal

To expose our youth-athletes to training and conditioning that focus on developing well-rounded athletes while enhancing each participant’s specific event techniques.
